Service · package forwarding

One address.
One parcel.

Order from three Swiss shops in the same week and you would pay three international freight charges and clear customs three times. Forwarding through Crissier turns that into one shipment, one declaration and one duty calculation.

What consolidation does not fix

Combining parcels lowers freight; it does not lower duty, and in some destinations it raises it. A shipment that would have sat under a de-minimis threshold as three small parcels can cross it as one. Where that is the case for your destination we quote both ways and let you choose.

Why it is cheaper

Air freight is charged
on volume, not value.

Carriers bill the greater of actual weight and volume ÷ 5 000, so a half-empty box costs the same as a full one of the same size. Consolidation and repacking attack that number directly, and on bulky low-density goods they routinely take more off the total than our fee adds.

ConsolidationEverything that arrives within your holding window leaves together. One base freight charge instead of several, and one customs entry instead of several.
RepackingExcess cardboard and void fill removed, contents repacked in recycled Swiss board. On outdoor equipment and small appliances this is frequently a whole freight band.
InspectionWe open every box, count the units and photograph the contents before sealing. You see what is in the parcel before it flies, which is also what settles a damage claim later.
HoldingGoods are held free at Crissier while you decide whether to add to the shipment. Long holds on high-value goods are storage we would rather discuss than surprise you with.
