Most Swiss retailers deliver only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and a good number decline foreign cards even when they do ship. A buying agent removes both problems by being the Swiss customer the retailer expects.

What we will refuse

Medicines, supplements and medical devices need an import permit in most countries and we decline them. Dual-use and industrial goods are screened against SECO lists before we quote a binding price. Where a category cannot legally arrive at your address we say so before taking payment, not after.

Every blocked order abroad comes down to one of three things: the retailer will not deliver to your address, the payment is refused because the card or the billing address is foreign, or the order goes through and then arrives without the paperwork your customs authority wants. We are on the Swiss side of all three.

Delivery addressWe check out to Crissier. On most Swiss retailers the domestic leg is free above CHF 50, so nothing is added to your total for getting the goods to us.
PaymentPaid with a Swiss commercial card at the Swiss retail price. We are the retailer's customer, so foreign-card refusal, 3-D Secure on a foreign issuer and billing-address mismatch do not arise.
PaperworkCommercial invoice, packing list, HS classification and, where you need one, a certificate of origin. Filed for export from Geneva, not improvised on arrival.
Price movementsWe verify stock and price before charging. If the retailer price has fallen, you keep the difference; if it has risen on an order already paid, we absorb it.
